DonutDash Delivery

Online donut ordering that arrives on the register you already use

Customers order from your shop online. The order prints at the counter on the same till that takes walk-in sales — not on a tablet propped by the window that somebody has to remember to look at.

How it works

  1. 1

    A customer orders online

They pick your shop, build an order from your real menu, and pay. No app to install.

  2. 2

    It lands on your register

The order appears on the DonutDash POS your staff already work on, with the items and the time it is wanted.

  3. 3

    Pickup or delivery

The customer collects it, or a driver does. Either way the sale is already in your day's takings.

Why it is on the same register

A shop running online orders on a separate tablet is running two businesses at one counter. Orders get missed in the rush, the day's numbers live in two places, and nobody can say what was actually sold without adding them up by hand.

Online donut ordering only helps if it lands where the staff are already looking. That is the whole design: the delivery order and the walk-in sale are the same kind of thing, on the same screen, in the same end-of-day total.

It carries your shop's name, your menu, and your prices. A customer ordering from you online is ordering from you, not from a marketplace that happens to list you beside the shop down the road.

See the POS it runs on or ask what it would take to set up.
